INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts, Trimmed
  • 6 Ounces Diced Ham
  • 1 Ounce Salt Pork
  • 1-2 Quarts Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
  • Garlic Powder To Taste
  • Onion Powder To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
