INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Onions, Diced
  • 4-6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 6 Ounces Smoked Wild Salmon
  • 1 Quart Chicken, Fish Or Vegetable Broth
  • 1-3 Teaspoons Madras Curry Powder
  • Dill Weed To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the oil in a large soup pot over medium high heat.  Add the onions, garlic and bell peppers and sauté until soft.  Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat and simmer for 35-45 minutes.
