INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Head Cauliflower, Cut Into Small Florets
  • 1 Quart Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
  • Garlic Powder To Taste
  • Onion Powder To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • 2 Cups Half And Half
  • 8 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Combine the cauliflower, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large soup pot and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat and simmer 35-45 minutes until soft.  Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook on very low for 1 hour.  Serve chunky or pureed.
