INGREDIENTS:

  • 64 Ounces Beef, Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 Onions, Diced
  • 4-6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Pound Carrots, Diced
  • 1/2 Pound Celery Ribs, Diced
  • 1 Pound Green Beans, Trimmed
  • 28 Ounce Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
  • 2 Large (5 Inch) Potatoes, Diced
  • Red Pepper Flakes To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot and stir to mix.  Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
