INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Onion, Diced
  • 2-6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 4 Carrots, Sliced
  • 2 Celery Ribs, Sliced
  • 1 Pound Skinless Cooked Turkey Breast, Shredded
  • 64 Ounces Turkey Broth
  • 1 Pound Fresh Green Beans, Trimmed
  • 1-3 Teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Eggs Noodles
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the butter in a large soup pot over medium-high heat.  Add the onions and garlic and sauté 3-5 minutes until the onions are translucent.  Add the carrots and celery and continue sautéing 3 minutes until soft.  Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat and simmer 30-40 minutes until the noodles are to desired tenderness.
