INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • Juice Of 2-3 Fresh Lemons
  • 64 Ounces Beef Broth
  • 8 Ounces Fresh Shitake Mushrooms
  • 15 Ounces Cooked Skinless Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice.  Pour into a large soup pot and stir in the remaining ingredients.  Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer 30 minutes.
