INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 9 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 4 Cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Plain Fat Free Yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour the orange juice and water into a large saucepan.  Whisk in the sugar and bring to a boil while stirring.  Add the strawberries and boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly.  Remove from the heat and let cool.  Stir in the yogurt and then purée in batches.  Transfer to your serving dishes, cover and refrigerate to chill.
