INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Spanish Onions, Diced
  • 4-6 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 6 Ounces Lean Ham, Chopped
  • 3 Large (5 Inch) Potatoes, Cubed
  • 4 Cups Canned Garbanzo Beans, Drained
  • 4 Ounces Chorizo Sausage, Sliced
  • 64 Ounces Chicken Broth
  • Paprika To Taste
  • Saffron To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot to medium-high.  Add the onions, garlic and ham and sauté until the onions are soft.  Stir in the remaining ingredients  and bring to a boil.  Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Makes Ten 6 Weight Watchers Points Plus Servings
