INGREDIENTS:

  • 64 Ounces Dashi
  • 1/4 Cup Red Miso Paste
  • 1/4 Cup White Miso Paste
  • 12 Ounces Block Firm Silken Tofu, Cubed
  • Handful Green Onions, Sliced, Thinly Sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the dashi in a large soup pot and bring to a boil.  Ladle 1 cup of the dashi into a mixing bowl, whisk in the miso and then whisk the mixture into your dashi.  Bring the soup to simmer, stir in the tofu and green onions and serve immediately.
