INGREDIENTS:

  • 64 Ounces Beef, Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
  • 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste
  • 2 Onions, Chopped
  • 4 Carrots, Diced
  • 2 Celery Ribs, Diced
  • 1 Pound Portabella Mushrooms
  • 1 Pound Button Mushrooms
  • Garlic Powder To Taste
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker.  Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
